He had originally promised Doctor Santo that he would consider whether to approve the robot law enforcement bill. But for some reason, the smiling doctor had suddenly drifted off for a moment, then immediately turned hostile. He had used robots to kill the mayor's bodyguards and placed him under house arrest.
