The flight was relatively long, but happy times always passed quickly. When the helicopter landed on the rooftop of a high-rise in New York City, Bobo still looked somewhat reluctant for it to end.

"How could someone be folded up and stuffed into a cookie tin? That makes no sense."

It was from a surveillance clip they had just watched. Someone in a skintight suit, perhaps drunk, had killed a passerby and stuffed them into a small metal container. The gorilla's attention had settled on the mismatch in physical volume.

"What's impossible about that? Haven't you seen an urn before?" Su Ming said with a smile as he stepped off the helicopter and waved to the Loyal Heir students waiting on the rooftop. "We only saw the victim inside the container, not the process. It wouldn't be strange if a superpower could cremate someone instantly."

"Bleurgh—"

Before they had taken two steps, vomiting sounded behind them. Turning around, Su Ming saw Annie kneeling beside the helicopter, bracing herself against the landing gear as she threw up.

The intelligence Adjutant had shown her was simply too disgusting. She was just an ordinary small-town girl; how could she have ever seen such darkness?

The vomiting was more like psychological revulsion spilling over into a physical reaction.

Polaris sat silently inside the helicopter. Logically, she should have gotten out and offered the poor girl some comfort.

But who knew what Annie had eaten for breakfast? What she vomited was a thick yellow-green sludge, and Lorna could not handle it, so she decided to stay put.

"That looks like the color of some kind of green juice. Looks like this girl's mother really raised her to be a beauty pageant champion. Nothing but vegetable juice for breakfast?"
