After waiting a little while, Harley returned with Gwenpool. They joined everyone at the bridgehead outside the main city.
Both of them swayed as they walked, looking thoroughly drunk. They had their arms around each other's shoulders, apparently having become good sisters in no time.
Harley really had a talent for this. She was especially good at dealing with people, something even Su Ming could not match.
"Wow, this place is amazing. It's even more fun than Ponyville, because there are so many people and so many funny things. Heehee." Harley held Gwenpool's hand in one hand and hugged a small keg in the other. She was also laden with all sorts of local specialties, such as cloth bags full of dried fruit and cheese.
Who knew where she had gone to play or how she had gotten all this stuff? As long as she was happy, that was enough.
"You're not too drunk, are you? We still have the Dark Elves and Hevenheim to deal with." Su Ming touched her forehead and wiped away the fine beads of sweat. "Malekith is nothing worth mentioning, but the Angel Queen has some real skill. I might need your help."
"Now that's what I have to criticize you for. That was a very unprofessional question." Harley smiled as she pushed Gwenpool toward Carol to support, then leaned against Su Ming's chest and wrapped her arms around one of his. "Have you ever seen a drunk mental patient? Sweetie pie, think about it. Have you ever met someone like that?"
As she spoke, she grabbed her own hair and used it to tickle the man's nostrils, giggling nonstop.
But she did have a point. People who drank too much were prone to drunken madness, but mental patients were already crazy to begin with.
