Inflict pain, instill fear, disrupt the mind, and seize victory in one stroke.
Those had been Deathstroke's usual methods in the past, and they worked quite well against most enemies capable of thought.
But Yuga Khan possessed an extremely high resistance to physical pain and a bold, fearless nature. Even with Zola's help, fighting him was far from easy.
Even with hit-and-run tactics, Khan could still occasionally retaliate with Omega Beams. His energy level was far above that of Darkseid's avatars. If he got hit even once, it would probably hurt badly.
Fortunately, Su Ming was still a Force user. At the very least, he had learned swordsmanship and possessed the finest Lightsaber. His spiritual realm might not have been as lofty as that of a true Jedi Master, but he was quite skilled at reflecting beam attacks.
His previous trip to the Star Wars world had mainly been to upgrade his weapons and, incidentally, find a pain module for the Adjutant.
But the unexpected gains from that journey—the Je'daii Lightsaber combat techniques—were proving increasingly useful. After all, when dealing with Darkseid, Omega Beams were always an obstacle that could not be avoided.
Now, while fighting Yuga Khan, the ability to reflect energy beams was equally useful. At the very least, it rendered the enemy's ranged attacks ineffective.
As long as they maintained the distance between them, only Su Ming could shoot Khan, while Khan had no way to shoot back from afar.
But this could not go on forever. Tenth Metal bullets could effectively injure the enemy, but judging from Khan's still-fierce fighting spirit despite his wounded crotch, it would probably take hundreds of shots to kill him.
There were not that many high-grade bullets to waste. The Tenth Metal newly produced by the World Forge during this period
