Deathstroke and his group of four were currently speaking with the Leopard God. The dreamscape of animal souls still possessed its unique scenery, with purple clouds drifting through the sky like silk ribbons.
"Niffler. You smell like other cats!"
When they met, the Leopard God had been sleeping in a hollow beneath his great baobab tree, lazily swishing his tail. But the moment Deathstroke appeared, his damp black nose twitched, and he immediately reached a conclusion.
Deathstroke had had a change of heart. He was no longer his closest feline companion.
"Damn it, I only did one mission with Dream of a Thousand Cats. It's been so long, and you can still smell it?"
Seeing that the Leopard God's nose was still twitching, Su Ming pulled several roasted quails from his belt pouch and vigorously sprinkled cumin and chili powder over their golden, crispy skins.
Mercenaries all knew what to do when being chased by police dogs: either get into the water, or use chili powder.
Whether there were seasonings or not did not really matter to the Leopard God. He merely wanted to use the opportunity to get food from Deathstroke. Ever since he had first tasted roasted quail years ago, he would feel like his mouth had no flavor and his whole body felt off if he went too long without eating it.
His long black tail curled, and the quails in Deathstroke's hand vanished. The Leopard God shielded the food with both front paws and buried his head in it, tearing into it greedily.
"So this is a god?" Tony's expression was a little strange. Entering a god's dimension was a first for him, but when he saw the Big Cat acting like that, he suddenly stopped feeling nervous. He even quoted a famous Marvel line: "What
