They could play anyone they wanted, sleep with a Superhero's wife, or beat up a Superhero's children. Using someone else's identity to do all sorts of things could achieve excellent tactical results with even a little thought.
And someone like Deathstroke, after gaining Strangle's Chameleon ability, became even more ghostlike.
Most of the time, however, when Su Ming transformed, it was either to conceal his identity or make a joke. There were not many occasions when he genuinely intended to stir up trouble.
But things were different on an alien planet. He planned to start a war with the Celestials here, then find a way to lure them into the Beyond Realm.

Or perhaps a Celestial had once tried to eat this planet, but shut down from an energy shortage before it could swallow it. Its corpse might now be buried underground, and the Celestials had come to retrieve their companion's body?
