The pale-faced madman picked up a knife and fork from a nearby table, striking them together in the darkness to create scattered sparks. In certain flashes, his tongue lolled entirely out of his mouth as he laughed, while his eyes seemed ready to pop from their sockets.

Joker laughed and bobbed his head, then began hopping around as he attacked with his knife and fork. He looked as though he wanted to gouge out Batman's eyeballs and eat them, yet he shouted:

"All right, you're still so serious. Actually, I don't want to know that boring stuff at all. It was just a joke! Hahaha! Smile, Batman. Would a gift make you a little happier? Guess what gift I prepared for you this time? And how it'll make you complete? Hahahaha!"

But the Dark Knight's only response was silence. He grappled with Joker in the darkness.
