Before them lay an underground fortress resembling a pressure cooker, possibly as large as the moon. From here onward, verification systems, surveillance, passwords, sentry posts, and other defensive measures were everywhere. Even with the Speed Force, there was no way to force their way in. The Yongjia People's technological equipment seemed to be concentrated in this area.
Forget using the Speed Force—even when Wally was observing the enemy's movements, he took one step just slightly too fast and generated the faintest trace of electricity. A fully armed squad of soldiers immediately approached at faster-than-light speed, as though they had sensed something.
