A Simulated World was simply the name Su Ming had given to Remnant's ability. It felt like throwing someone into a world he had created, filled with NPCs he had made to play "Script Murder" or role-playing games with you, making it impossible to tell which reality you were truly in.
The worlds he created truly existed as well, but to Su Ming, they were not part of his own Timeline, so he could not go along with him.
