"Standard tech effects. I think I saw the Beyonders again—Infinite Magnitude and Infinite Weight. If Little Rich didn't need to guard the Beyond Realm, I'd really want to bring him here for a look."
Su Ming jumped down from the flying carpet. After entering the singularity, Cloak had landed in a strange space that looked somewhat like the entrance to a basement, yet also like a tunnel dug out by giant ants.
The walls on both sides were extremely uneven, but the surroundings were not dark. Everything here seemed to carry its own energy, automatically emitting a faint glow.
"Who's Little Rich?"
Hela had finished applying her makeup, which proved that quite a long time might have passed. She now looked both proud and ravishing.
"Doctor Doom's child. You know Doctor Doom." Su Ming extended a hand to her and helped the lady down from the flying carpet with perfect gentlemanly grace. "This isn't the time to talk about children. Let's get to work. More people means more eyes. Help me inspect every inch of the ground here. Speak up if you spot anything suspicious."
Thanos did not need anyone to help him. The moment the flying carpet arrived, he jumped off on his own and hurried deeper into the underground passage, calling for his Goddess as he ran.
But Su Ming knew that he would probably be disappointed. There was nothing in the entire space that could move. At the very least, Strangle had not sensed any vibrations other than those made by their group, nor any warm breath being exhaled.
The enemies had once been here, but they were no longer present. Perhaps they had relocated as soon as they discovered that the Triple Dimension was gone, taking the Goddess of Death with them.
That was perfectly normal.
