Several burly Black men were robbing an old woman who looked to be in her eighties. Not only had they taken the thirty US Dollars from her little wallet, they were even planning to search her body. Judging by their lecherous expressions, they might even be planning to violate her.
Kara, who had dozed off after boarding the train, was startled awake by the old woman's scream. Faced with such a situation, she naturally had to step forward as Supergirl and righteously demand that the criminals stop.
Her small round face still held a trace of youthful innocence, and her long golden hair had the airy bangs popular among schoolgirls lately. But the red-and-blue uniform she wore already revealed her identity: she was the powerful Supergirl.
Yet the robbers did not seem afraid of her at all. Instead, they all pulled out knives or Expandable Batons.

It seemed these Black men had some education after all—they even remembered the city regulations. Though this was actually a DEO rule, with money and guns, it was hardly impossible to manipulate the council into passing city-level laws. After all, that was exactly how things were done in Gotham.
