For some reason, Hermione vaguely felt that the professor seemed to have something against Sirius, as though he did not particularly like him.

But after thinking about it, the two had never really crossed paths, so she did not dwell on it.

Getting to Hogwarts from here was very convenient. They only needed to use the fireplace. With special authorization, she sprinkled Floo Powder over the logs, and the flames turned a dim green. She grabbed the professor and stepped inside.

However, she was so happy about being able to go on another adventure with the professor that she forgot something.

Arthur was still guarding the office door outside. Colleagues occasionally passed by, and he saw confusion and mockery in their eyes. The middle-aged man, who was not particularly tough to begin with, felt as though he were sitting on pins and needles. Anyone standing closer might have heard him muttering softly, "Why is it taking so long? Aren't they done yet? Young people are terrifying."

Leaving aside his misunderstanding and suffering, Hermione and Su Ming successfully arrived at the Hogwarts principal's office. It was still the same as before. The Pensieve sat against a corner wall, antique desks and cabinets filled the room, and furniture from different eras and styles blended together to create a unique beauty.

The walls were covered in portraits of past principals. Some of the people in those paintings were absent, while those who remained in their frames naturally cast all manner of looks at the two sudden visitors.

Unfortunately, Phoenix Fawkes was gone. After all, it had been Dumbledore's personal pet, so he had naturally taken it with him when he left.
