The Hall was a complete mess. The cameras by the entrance were useless after the blackout, and the building's own fusion reactor seemed utterly scrapped—there was simply no energy output. Martian Manhunter was still busy over there.
Hourman sighed. His mask made him look a little like a bank robber, but he was actually quite mild-mannered. He explained what had happened to Jay in the simplest terms possible.
Amo was actually a bad guy, and after he took Jar-ro, everything had rapidly gone downhill. Without power, the Hall of Justice was like a blind man, and without The Trinity, the Justice League seemed to have been dead for a long time.

"You need to find a way to seal this opening first. Then go underground and find the people from Justice League Dark to see if they have magical means of communication. After that, we'll need mages to deal with those living corpses at the entrance. Magic might work."
After describing what he had discovered after leaving and the situation they now faced, the old Flash gave his assessment. But he also knew he could not command the Justice League, much less the Teen Titans. The only people he could direct now were the two teammates before him.
