No matter what kind of speedster they were, even Black Flash, the Speed Force Death, had to follow one rule here—they could only run on the track, and only clockwise.
Yet the man surrounded by a swarm of little red-haired monsters was bobbing up and down on the "surface," performing movements like synchronized swimming.
He seemed to know Jay. When Barry looked over, the other man even waved at them.
"Who is that? A new speedster? I don't get a good feeling from his pets."
Barry voiced his impression, proving he was fairly perceptive.
"An unfriendly creature who calls himself a god. He's the culprit behind the Justice League's current mess in the outside world."
Jay was a little out of breath. He had originally left the town to look for Barry.
But soon after he started running, despite not intending to move that fast, he found himself being dragged into the Speed Force Plane against his will.

After that, the mad god began hunting Jay down, apparently enjoying himself.
