"But Pralaya forcibly created a dream like this, making it both exist and not exist. So there's nothing inside—only blankness, like a sheet of white paper."

There had actually been no need for such a detailed explanation. Su Ming had already suspected something similar, because many earlier clues had pointed to this outcome.

"Do you have a way to get the two of us out?" Su Ming first asked the cat in his arms. She did not seem very nervous anymore and was currently using her long pink tongue to lick the pads of her paws.
"Meow? I thought you had a way to get us out."
The bewildered cat was a little dumbfounded. The reason she had not
