Meanwhile, beyond Multiverse 1 in the Main Dimension, several figures stood suspended in the pitch-black void.
They wore white robes, their faces concealed by glowing veils. Space separated them, yet from afar, they were arranged in sequence like the fingers of a single hand.
The one in the middle was the tallest, followed by those to his left and right, while the two at the edges were the shortest.
These mysterious beings gazed at Multiverse 1 before them in silence. Their glowing eyes seemed to be searching for something, or perhaps contemplating something.
"Where is Deathstroke?"
One of them asked.
"He is gone."
Another immediately answered.
"Did he choose to retreat?"
The third asked.
"Unknown."
The fourth replied.
What followed was a long silence. No one knew what they were feeling, until, after quite some time, the tallest one finally let out a long sigh.
"Ah. Since that is the case, let us begin."
With that, the five white-robed figures formed a small circle and each extended one hand. Their dry, twiglike fingers connected, and white light ignited across their bodies one after another like candle flames.
Then, a mass of silvery-white metal appeared in their hands. It writhed continuously, kneaded flat and round like dough prepared for steamed buns. After twisting and turning for quite a while, it finally came to a stop in the form of a sphere.
This was Tenth Metal—an enormous quantity of Tenth Metal, material used to forge worlds.
One of the five poured the energy within his body into the silver metal sphere. In the blink of an eye, the sphere became a brand-new Multiverse, glowing with a faint white light.
