Interestingly enough, Su Ming saw more of The Source than they did. What he saw was a trinity.
Of course, this was not referring to the Vishanti, but to The Void, The Source, and God. In truth, the mental pressure he endured was more than three times what the cat had suffered.
What words could describe that feeling? It was hard to say. Su Ming thought for a long time, searching for the right phrasing, but in the end, he could only have the Adjutant transmit part of his memories to his teammates. It was simply too difficult to put that sensation into words.
Even so, the intelligence they had gathered was already enough. Now that he knew The Source was not the will of some independent entity, but more like a cosmic "setting bible" or "story aggregate," he could be certain that it would not stand in his way.
Because, much like The Void, it had no needs whatsoever. It merely carried out its most basic duties.
As mentioned before, The Void was more like an endlessly cycling engine. It continuously spewed out its own energy, forming the material foundation of DC's current Hypertime. Eventually, as Entropy changed and All Things Return to Nothingness, it would devour everything that existed and restart DC's entire greater environment.
The Source, meanwhile, existed more like a metaphysical consciousness. Its cycle simply created and destroyed individual "settings" or "drafts," perhaps?
That was the best description Su Ming could think of. If everything that happened throughout the Timeline were treated as a story, then The Source's role was akin to a "process" that gathered inspiration and made it manifest.
Different independent lives each had their own distinct origins. Therefore, Origin Court's attempt to deal with Multiverse 1 was not an order from The Source,
