The green Alien led the man into his quarters. As mentioned before, the Justice League's Seven Leaders each had their own designated area beneath the Hall of Justice. Whether they used it as living space, a garage, or an office was entirely up to them.
The moment one stepped into the Martian Manhunter's quarters, it felt as though they had returned to Mars.
The floor was made of crimson rock, while the ceiling and walls had been turned into a space vista through projection equipment. In the middle of that barren wasteland stood a small house resembling an Eskimo igloo. That was J'onn's so-called residence.
In truth, it was modeled after his former home on Mars. His wife and child had been burned to death in an identical house.
It seemed J'onn had realized that his fear of fire stemmed mainly from psychological trauma. Re-creating his Martian home here was probably his way of repeatedly experiencing that pain and despair, using shock therapy to treat himself.

The dome-shaped dwelling had two bedrooms and a living room, with the living room also serving as the kitchen. All the rooms combined came to about thirty square meters, making it seem pitifully small.
