The hand holding the glass trembled slightly, sending ripples across the liquor's surface. That showed Rogue was tempted, though she still had some reservations.
"Of course it's real. Look at me." Su Ming pointed at his face, now shaped like Johnny's, then swung his arms a few times. With an earnest expression, he said, "If it were anyone else, they wouldn't be able to tell I was fake at all. Don't you think that's proof enough of the technology?"
A face made of flesh and blood was proof of biotechnology. Even though Strangle had created it, people in this world clearly preferred to explain everything through technology. In their eyes, this was a technological creation.
The nightclub owner fell silent for a while. She merely drank glass after glass, but she clearly had not developed a taste for Skywalker Whiskey. Her eyes were unfocused; she was thinking, struggling with herself.
