That meant not knowing the way in a nightmare was no problem at all. She could just run wherever she wanted; the enemies would help guide her.
Sure enough, her vision blurred, and when she pushed open a door, she found herself directly in an operating room. A roomful of Nightmares disguised as medical staff were waiting for her at the entrance, their eyes above their masks lighting up like searchlights when they saw Harley.
Someone else might have been frightened by this. The operating room was too clean, and people often felt uncomfortable in such an environment.
A strange environment without any traces of life naturally triggered human instincts.
But Harley did not care about Nightmares surrounding her. The moment she walked in, she professionally called out, "Someone, help me change and scrub in!"
Surgeons usually put on their own gowns before operating, but with a whole room full of Nightmares here, why shouldn't she enjoy being waited on?
As for how she knew the procedure—if she had never eaten pork, she had at least seen pigs run. It was true that she had gone straight to work at Arkham after graduation, but Harley had watched plenty of medical dramas.
Those badass surgeons on TV ordered nurses around exactly like this. Whether things really worked that way in reality, who cared?
The Nightmares secretly exchanged glances. Their plan had been to pull something during the surgery, so if Harley did not get on the operating table, the plan could not proceed. They were stuck.
So no matter how unhappy they were, they had to do
