In the first few years after Batwoman debuted, she was actually far more ruthless than she was now.
When she had finished her training and first returned to Gotham, her heart had been full of rage. Her desire to avenge her parents drove her, making her desperate to overthrow the rule the Eight Great Families had established in Gotham.
Back then, she did not have much high-tech equipment, had not reached an understanding with the police, had no sidekick Robin, and even her cousin was not in the city. Aside from her dependable old butler, Batwoman could be said to have been surrounded by enemies.
Her famous words—"I am the night, I am vengeance, I am Batwoman"—had also spread during that period.
After all, if she wanted to stand against the mob families, she had to be ruthless. To defeat enemies who would stop at nothing, she could only be harsher, crueler, and darker than they were.
After the Eight Great Families fell, leaving behind only the half-dead Cobblepot Family, the Gotham Police Department also underwent a purge. The conscientious officers under Sheriff Gordon gradually rose to power, while Batwoman found meaning in her life beyond revenge through certain events.
And when all sorts of deranged maniacs from around the world gradually gathered in Gotham, turning the former mob city into The Big Stage for absurd antics, Batwoman's methods had actually become milder.
She still broke people's spines and electrocuted petty thugs until they wet themselves with high-voltage shocks, but she no longer ran over people's heads with car tires or truly beat them to death.
But today was different.
She and Deathstroke actually shared many views in certain respects, such as the fact that aliens did not count as people.
Uni-Force's ghostly appearance, combined with the fact that its
