A symbiote's thoughts were its host's thoughts.
When viewed from the shore, the lighthouse stood on a small isolated island near the coast. The turquoise patch of the island, coupled with the light shining from the illuminated lighthouse, at least made it clear that it was now dusk.
Yet beneath the sea, the world looked entirely different. Where the island should have been was a pencil-sketch-like structure, yet it possessed a strange sense of depth, as though one could truly walk into it.
Su Ming had seen something like this on the Penrose Triangle as well—a structure that should not have existed in the current dimension. So perhaps the door in that lighthouse sketch really could be opened?
Compared to the colored patches visible above the sea, the pencil sketch looked far more concrete. One glance was enough to tell that it was a lighthouse.
There was no seawater beneath the surface either, only a vast expanse of Blank. So they might as well walk over from the seabed.
But after only a few steps, Strangle issued a warning. It had spotted something approaching from behind, and it was clearly hostile.
Su Ming shared its vision and saw a strange animal flying toward him from behind. It too appeared to be made of pencil-drawn lines, like the simplest three-dimensional modeling framework. Its upper half resembled a shark, while its lower half was unmistakably that of a Tentacle Creature.
"What is this? An octopus shark?" Su Ming chuckled as he turned and drew his Lightsaber, preparing for battle. "No, maybe it should be called a 'Line Monster'? I've never killed a few line segments before."
Compared to the lighthouse, this monster's art style was far rougher. Perhaps it had been part of The Artist's original drawing, only for her to abandon
