Thousands upon thousands of threadlike tendrils immediately tangled together, waging a microscopic battle.

Every cell and every drop of bodily fluid struggled to destroy the other.

Strangle gained an overwhelming advantage because, under its host's guidance, it cheated.

It conducted the bioelectricity it had just acquired into the opposing Symbiotes. Lacking the same ability, the enemy Symbiotes immediately began convulsing and lost all combat capability.

As Strangle devoured every threadlike tendril of its opponent, it pressed on and invaded King Vani's body.

Su Ming climbed to his feet at that moment. He abandoned the Nightfall Greatsword and instead turned the electrified Godslayer into a dagger, stabbing Giovanni in the chest.

Giovanni naturally tried to dodge, but he suddenly realized it was useless. His duplicate body and Mist Form abilities had been nullified.

The human body contained between forty and sixty trillion cells. Vampires had somewhat fewer, but that number was still far inferior to a Symbiotes, which could freely increase or decrease its cell count to achieve shapeshifting.

Thus, it could lock him down now. Even if Giovanni turned into mist, Strangle could piece him back together!
