Thick blood splattered everywhere, while the monsters' faces were forever fixed in silent laughter. Their mouths full of sharp teeth hung open wide enough to reveal bottomless throats, and a foul stench lingered beneath the nose.
Poison Ivy raised both hands and twisted sharply. Two enormous vines burst from the ground and began sweeping the monsters clinging to the building's exterior like windshield wipers, but even more kept appearing out of thin air.

After gathering herself for a moment, Ivy spat into the monster's mouth. It immediately stopped moving and dropped downward without a twitch, like a puppet that had lost its strings.
Su Ming merely glanced at it. If the building was sturdy enough and she had sufficient seed reserves, Ivy could absolutely be called a master of defense. Fortunately, the enemy did not know how to use fire. Trying to break through a cage of vines with brute force alone was exceedingly difficult.
