"Is that all?"

In the dim Batcave, illuminated by the faint glow of Brother Eye's screen, Green Arrow walked over to Deathstroke's side.

The Mercenary merely stared quietly in the direction the three members of the Wayne Family had left.

"I don't know, Oliver. You understand—the human heart is the hardest thing to predict. I've done what I could. As for what happens next, that depends on Batwoman."

Su Ming sighed. He changed out of his uniform and into a suit, then turned and headed upstairs.

"Sometimes I think you're a very complicated person. Maybe they didn't notice, but I can feel it. Your feelings toward us seem... special." Oliver followed him, watching those black leather shoes land on each step.

Su Ming stroked his beard and pulled out a cigarette. "Who can say? Sometimes I can't even see myself clearly. Maybe that means I'm getting closer and closer to Arkham."

"Hey, what are you talking about?" Barry appeared beside Su Ming in a flash of lightning, draping an arm around his neck.

Oliver smiled. "Deathstroke just did a good deed, but now he's feeling a little lost."

"Huh? What's there to be lost about? Hasn't he always been doing good things?"

Barry looked thoroughly baffled. From Earth -11 to the Main World, from Barbatos's invasion to Perpetua's awakening, he had been by Deathstroke's side for every incident. He knew how much Deathstroke had given for this world in the darkness, and how many people had been saved by him indirectly.

If there really was such a thing as a Dark Hero, he thought his brother Deathstroke was far more qualified than Batwoman. At the very least, he did not put Gotham first at every single moment. When a global crisis struck, help was needed everywhere.
