It resembled a lion, its fur crimson as blood, like burning magma in a sea of blood. A pair of blood-colored wings grew from either side of its back, their feathers like flames, resembling a Phoenix's wings.
As soon as Kundi arrived, a mongrel lapdog sprang out. This was a Blood Phoenix Lion, born of a Fallen-Blood Phoenix father and a Fearless Lion mother.
With their powerful bloodlines, the Ten Fiends rarely intermarried. Conflicting bloodlines could kill their offspring, prevent them from developing into living beings, or produce creatures resembling only the father or mother. A complete fusion of bloodlines like this was exceedingly rare, scarcely seen since ancient times.
But one thing was certain: this freak was very powerful.
