As for Xiao Tian, he took the War Goddess Yu Meiren along for intensive cultivation. With a man and a woman working together, the work never felt tiring. For the War Goddess, this was an entirely new experience.
The two entered the Taiyin Great River naked to temper their bodies. Wearing clothes was pointless; they would be destroyed outright. The water here was pitch-black and terrifying, yet perfect for Body Tempering and polishing their cultivation foundations.
The Taiyin Great River surged onward, its surface spanning eighteen li. Its waters were black as ink, and as they flowed, their thunderous rumbling was utterly frightening.
Towering mountains lined both banks. Even from hundreds of meters away, one could feel the sinister chill within. It could also block divine sense, or even freeze it.
Xiao Tian and the War Goddess Yu Meiren entered the river, using its waters to repeat the first step of the Spirit Transformation Realm, fleshly body becoming spirit, in conjunction with the Kunpeng Method Prototype.
Xiao Tian had no intention of cultivating the Teng Snake Treasure Art, chiefly because it no longer caught his eye.
However, he would certainly spare no effort in nurturing the War Goddess Yu Meiren. He would teach her the complete Kunpeng Method in the future, too. Naturally, he first had her practice the Kunpeng Method he had worked out and developed himself, allowing her to familiarize herself with it in advance.
Most importantly, cultivating the Kunpeng Method helped them train in the Taiyin River.
The War Goddess Yu Meiren was also cultivating the Teng Snake method. Having long practiced the Treasure Art of a primordial remnant Teng Snake, she found it easy to get started with the Treasure Art of a primordial pure-blooded fierce beast Teng Snake.
