• Marchosius welcomed Qiu Bai, and Cloud Retainer escorted the survivors to Liyue Harbor before taking Qiu Bai to Jueyun Karst.

Qiu Bai joined Lumine and Paimon in Jueyun Karst, where they met three Adepti and learned that Rex Lapis had been assassinated and the Immortal Lord was missing. Cloud Retainer ended the chapter furious with the Liyue Qixing and suggesting that the Adepti subdue Liyue Harbor.

• Qiu Bai agreed to accompany Lumine and Paimon as they searched for the Adepti in Jueyun Karst.
• Moon Carver, Mountain Shaper, and Cloud Retainer confronted the group, and Lumine showed them her Sigil of Permission.

After Cloud Retainer and the other adepti deferred their decision about Liyue Harbor, Qiu Bai led Lumine and Paimon to Wangshu Inn to find the Conqueror of Demons. As they reached the terrace, a youthful male voice appeared beside Lumine.

• Cloud Retainer proposed subjugating Liyue Harbor, but Moon Carver called for further deliberation and told Lumine to seek the Conqueror of Demons.
• Qiu Bai said the Conqueror of Demons was Xiao and led Lumine and Paimon to Wangshu Inn.
• Qiu Bai used an unexplained ability to take Lumine and Paimon straight to the inn, where they agreed to find Xiao before eating.
