The gathering proceeded strictly according to the agenda Miss Sharp had drawn up, and everything went so smoothly that there was nothing to fault.

Just as Allen brought the atmosphere to its peak, Miss Sharp naturally took over the floor and announced the Liaison Committee's provisional rules.

First, every young wizard was to study diligently. A selection would be held each month, and those who passed could join Allen's knightly order.

(Allen glanced sideways at her and realized that this young lady had already worked out the organizational structure all on her own.)

Second, every young wizard was to respect themselves and maintain their dignity, observing both morality and the law. Noble character and loyalty were also among the selection criteria.

Third, any young wizard who encountered difficulties could seek help from the Liaison Committee, whether those difficulties concerned money, daily life, or their studies.

Fourth, every young wizard could write to Allen. Letters were to be deposited in the Liaison Committee mailboxes in the three houses.

The representatives would collect them and pass them on to Allen together every Friday.

Letters were to carry red, green, or blue labels: red for urgent matters, green for relevant suggestions, and blue for ordinary correspondence.

"-Of course, pink letters won't need a label," Valentine teased.

The young wizards hooted, and the young witches blushed. Allen merely smiled gently from the stage without responding.

Miss Sharp quietly brought her papers together and looked expressionlessly at the young wizards below.

Only when they guiltily fell silent did she continue-

Fifth, every young wizard could offer suggestions to the Liaison Committee. The representatives would discuss them with Allen and announce approved regulations at the twice-monthly gatherings-

Once a suggestion was adopted, the young wizard who proposed it would receive a gift from His Highness as a reward.

Allen sat upright in his armchair with a gentle smile, watching Miss Sharp calmly read out the rules.

Now he needed a magical oath.

Alger and Valentine activated the magical projection, displaying the Liaison Committee's organizational structure.

The Liaison Committee reported directly to Allen and answered to him. Beneath it were the representatives of the three houses-

Ravenclaw: Diana Sharp (chief representative)

Hufflepuff: Valentin Lister

Gryffindor: Alger Philip

Each house representative would oversee five secretaries, with Allen's knightly order beneath them. These positions remained vacant for the time being, awaiting next month's selection.

The young wizards were raring to go, their enthusiasm for studying greater than ever.

Miss Sharp stepped back and stood behind Allen.

Valentine said warmly, "Now, it's time for the part we've all been looking forward to-I know you've all brought the emblems you designed!"

"Those of you who are confident in your work, pass your designs to the front row-very good, very good, thank you!"

He collected the young wizards' emblem designs and raised his voice as Miss Sharp floated the sheets into the air one by one-

"Let the selection of the Liaison Committee's official emblem begin!"

Allen chuckled as he looked at the nearly hundred sheets floating in the air.

The first round of voting narrowed the field to twenty emblems.

The second round selected the best three.

Valentine explained, "Excellent. We now have the three finest designs. They're all round, which makes them perfect for engraving on wax seals-"

"The first is a large shield bearing a rose in full bloom. The second is a coronation crown flanked by shining stars. The third is... hmm?"

Allen gently covered his face, unable to bear looking.

-It was a portrait of him.

-Just like a king printed on a pound note.

The young wizards burst out laughing. Yes, they had done it on purpose!

His Highness was so gentle that he wouldn't blame them!

Alger held back his laughter, his face looking rather odd as he kept it rigid.

Allen gave a light cough. "The first two are both excellent! Why don't we combine them?"

He gently waved his wand, and the magic in the air moved according to his will, merging the two designs into one-

Within a beautiful circle, a mist-blue shield slowly appeared, with a coronation crown emerging above it and six golden five-pointed stars arranged on either side.

At the very bottom, in the center, was the abbreviation for "Muggle-born Young Wizards Liaison Committee," written in capital letters:

M.W.L.C.

The badge was beautiful.

The young wizards thought it would surely go down in history!

The blond Crown Prince rose and faced everyone with a gracious smile. "Please give me some time to make Communication Badges for you all!"

Excellent, Allen thought.

He needed to look up some information on alchemy.
