Shawn went over the events of that evening.
There had been no problems with how things were handled afterward.
His main concern was Dumbledore's intention in making him reveal his identity. That was the pressing question he needed to settle.
Was the Old Beekeeper honing his leadership skills, or did he have another purpose?
Was he trying to drive a wedge between Shawn and Tom, for instance, and provoke infighting among the Death Eaters?
Shawn still had a long way to go before he could match these old fellows' ability to think several moves ahead on the spot.
All he could do was reflect carefully afterward. A slow bird had to start flying early.
A pained groan suddenly sounded behind him as Greyback regained consciousness. Shawn turned and walked over to the Water Prison.
Werewolves really did have remarkable constitutions, especially this Wolf King, who had already mastered transforming at will.
Shawn had forgotten to stop the electric shocks during the meeting, so the fellow had probably been electrocuted for over an hour.
An ordinary person would probably have been a corpse by now.
"All right, now that you're awake, talk. How did you know the Dark Lord was in Albania? Hardly any pure-bloods in England knew about that. How did someone like you find out?"
Greyback's mouth was crooked and his eyes unfocused. He struggled to speak clearly.
"My lord, I-I don't know what you-you're talking about."
Shawn narrowed his eyes, not inclined to waste words on scum like him.
"You have two choices. I can use Veritaserum and Legilimency to forcibly search your memories, then kill you after you've been reduced to an idiot. Or you can tell me honestly yourself, and at least live a little longer with your mind intact."
Greyback stubbornly continued to deny everything.
