Shawn watched the scene from a distance, feeling rather amused. Why did they never learn, no matter how many times they brought trouble on themselves?
But then he thought of the love letters and felt a twinge of unease. Had his dormitory already been buried under them?

Shawn hurried back to the Slytherin Common Room. When he reached the entrance, he discovered Little Witches clutching gift boxes and love letters, hiding in every corner outside.
He could also hear them giving themselves pep talks, all along the lines of, "Why isn't the Chief back yet?" and, "This time, I'll definitely win the Chief's heart."
Shawn silently thanked his lucky stars that he had cast a Disillusionment Charm in advance.
He then crept along the shadows to the stone wall and whispered the password. As soon as the entrance opened, he slipped inside, only breathing a sigh of relief once he was through.
