Regarding the rebuilding of the faith system, the Pure Land Society's senior members had once suggested restoring the system used by the Northern Europe Divine Kingdom a thousand years ago.
Shawn had rejected it outright. It was far too outdated; even the Church no longer bothered with such things.
But he could not come up with anything more advanced and sensible for the moment, so he could only implement a simple administrative system for now and postpone the collection of faith. His Wish-Power Collector had not been built yet anyway.
Within the Divine Palace, there were four ranks, from highest to lowest: God King, Guardians, Purple Cardinals, and ordinary believers. The believers also included the palace maids and patrolling guards.
Each rank was further divided into specific positions and chains of command. The bishops, for instance, were divided into archbishops and ordinary bishops.
Of course, this was both to maintain checks and balances and to guard against unforeseen circumstances.
Shawn had also planted plenty of his own people among them. Everyone belonging to the Throne's ranks held a concurrent position here.
He had also selected a group from England's Wizarding Army whose thinking met his standards and placed them among the Guardians and patrols.
The Floating Island retained the name Asgard, but the golden Divine Palace had been renamed the Dragon Kite Divine Palace first.
Some changes had to come little by little.
The palace rooftop had now also been remodeled into the shapes of a Violet Lightning Kite and a white Yinglong soaring with their wings spread. It looked far grander and more imposing than a plain golden roof.
A little over ten minutes later, Lupin entered the Side Hall, led by William, one of the Guardians.
Shawn looked at Lupin's rosy complexion. It seemed he had adjusted well.
