After the feverish excitement of the Quidditch World Cup, the spectators still wanted more.
Under the direction of over a thousand staff members, they swarmed toward the shore like countless ants.
Countless magically powered boats then ferried wave after wave of passengers to the Independent Island opposite, a place destined to go down in history.
Beneath a bright moon and a cool breeze, countless triangular boats crisscrossed the nighttime sea, excited chatter spilling out across the water.
"The Chief is incredible! He really does deserve to stand alongside Merlin!"
"Yeah, that tornado was so cool!"
"Every time I think about it, my whole body gets fired up! I just want to roar!!"
"Oh, save it. Drink some water and soothe your throat. We still have to cheer for our great Chief in the arena match!"
"Look! Why are there so many boats coming from the other side of the sea?"
Someone with sharp eyes suddenly called out. Countless people followed their gaze and spotted numerous triangular boats approaching the other side of the island, carrying people in white vestments waiting to land.
They clearly weren't spectators who had just finished watching the Quidditch match.
No one could give them an answer, though, leaving them to speculate wildly.
"Maybe they couldn't get tickets."
"I don't think so. They're all dressed alike. They're obviously from the same organization."
"Wait, are they from the Double Serpent Society? There must be tens of thousands of them."
"I know, I know! Those are the clothes Church followers wear. My parents used to dress like that when they went to Sunday services."
"What are they doing here? Could they be here to cheer for the Double Serpent Society?"
"Whatever the case, this is our home turf. Everyone had better cheer their hearts out for the Chief!"
