"Are you all right?" Stark asked, noticing Captain America's trembling thigh.
Captain America waved a hand. "It's nothing."
He shook his leg hard and let out a long breath, as though trying to expel all the pain.
Stark wanted to say more, but seeing nothing but resolve in Captain America's eyes, he dropped it and took a fighting stance, watching the figure in Black Armor before him.
"JARVIS, analyze his fighting style and develop countermeasures."
Stark spoke quietly.
After fighting Whiplash, he had installed a combat system in JARVIS that could analyze an opponent's fighting style at any time.
Stark himself knew little about martial arts. The only style he knew was Wing Chun, a form of Great Xia kung fu, and even then, he only knew a handful of basic moves.
Against a true martial arts expert, he would lose within a few exchanges.
"Attack!"
Stark flipped both hands backward. Lasers blasted from his palms, and he blurred toward the figure in Black Armor, reaching him in the blink of an eye.
He swung his right hand forward and fired a laser to steady himself. The powerful recoil spun him around, driving his right elbow toward the armored figure.
The dark figure refused to back down. Facing the elbow strike, he raised his hand and punched straight into the tip of Stark's elbow.
Crack.
A crisp sound of something breaking rang out. Stark's armor had cracked!
Stark's pupils contracted. He quickly leaped away. "JARVIS, what happened?"
A tingling pain spread through his elbow, leaving him incredulous.
JARVIS said, "Sir, a two-centimeter crack has formed at the tip of your right elbow. I recommend that you stop using that area to attack."
