"Yin alone cannot give birth; yang alone cannot grow. All things bear yin upon their backs and embrace yang, blending their energies to achieve harmony."

Within his cave abode, Li Wangxian had sat cross-legged without moving for half a year since his last breakthrough. He had truly grasped a profound principle between yin and yang, often letting his spirit roam the great void as he comprehended the mysteries of the Great Dao and explored the secrets of yin and yang.

"Yin and yang unite to give birth to creation; reverse the two energies, and chaos emerges."

Actually, I have no choice at all. At my current realm, it is far too early to reverse them into chaos. I simply cannot withstand a power that shatters all things.

Besides, with the Yin and Yang Immortal Seed to guide me, the proper path is to harmonize the two and bring forth creation.

After all, during this past half year of cultivating Taiyin and Taiyang together, even with the Immortal Seed as my reference and keeping my Sea of Bitterness stable, the chaos energy produced by clashes between the two energies nearly shattered my Sea of Bitterness several times.

His divine sense flashed like lightning. He could clearly see wisps of chaos energy occasionally emerging where Taiyin and Taiyang mingled within his Sea of Bitterness. The Chaos Little Bell, which also occupied the center, swallowed them to nourish itself.

And those must be the human body's gates of potential, right?

His divine sense shone brilliantly as he fixed his attention on the densely packed, starlike points of light within his Sea of Bitterness. Under the impact of the yin and yang saint powers, chaos energy had blasted them open. Each was an immortal "gate."

They were the very foundation of the Shrouding Method's principle of using the body as a seed, allowing the small world of the human body to rival the vast universe of heaven and earth. Countless "gates" lay within the seemingly insignificant body. Continually opening those gates and discovering the "true self" was the true meaning of cultivation.

Now that I have grasped the pulse of yin and yang, I am no longer in danger of their conflicting energies shattering my secret realm. I have also discovered the gates of potential. With another half year of comprehension, I can use yin and yang qi to connect and arrange all the immortal gates in my Sea of Bitterness, bringing the Sea of Bitterness realm to complete perfection before advancing to dual cultivation of yin and yang in the Dao Palace realm.

He had truly understood and absorbed part of the Taiyin Human Emperor's insight into Yang Born from Yin's Extremity, and through it attained the Dao Fruit of yang giving birth to yin at its extreme.

He had achieved the mystery of yin and yang coexisting within a single scripture, taking the most crucial step and truly beginning to make this invincible path work.

This was astonishing. If word spread, it would send seismic shocks through the entire universe, and even saints and sages would tremble, for it meant a future Great Emperor was truly beginning to rise.

"Yin and yang unfold within my Sea of Bitterness. I have truly cultivated this realm to perfection, and have connected nearly all the gates of potential within the secret realm."

"If I cultivated only a single secret realm, I could still expand my Sea of Bitterness further, but that is not my path. Now it is time to recultivate my Dao Palace through Yin and Yang Harmonization."

They stored vital essence without letting it leak away and nurtured life without decay, forming the foundation through which the human body absorbed acquired essence.

Now that Li Wangxian had connected the two great secret realms through Yin and Yang and the five elements, his innate life force and acquired essence nourished his true body together. One could well imagine how immense a blessing and achievement this was.

Surely my foundation now is not the slightest bit inferior to the legendary chaos body or innate sacred body dao embryo?
