The Nighthawks were always efficient, and this time was no exception.
Under Captain Dunn Smith's leadership, they pinpointed "Hanass's" location before he could leave Tingen.
Unable to determine "Hanass's" exact Pathway or Sequence, Dunn first attempted to draw him into a dream after arriving downstairs, hoping to bring him under control.

After the three found nothing in Hanass's home, Dunn assigned Leonard to investigate the Tingen City Workers' Mutual Aid Association, while he and Kenley split up to investigate other locations.
Leonard readily agreed.
As far as he was concerned, the Mutual Aid Association probably posed no danger. After all, the Harbor District fell under the Mandated Punishers' jurisdiction.
He was only making the trip because "Hanass" had mentioned it to Klein. It was simply an extra check to make absolutely sure nothing slipped through the cracks.
Things unfolded just as he had expected. He encountered neither danger
