The instant he saw the six-pointed stars, Zou Hyuga knew his plan had worked. Oto Uchiha had successfully awakened her Mangekyō Sharingan, but dealing with her now that she was caught in such extreme emotions had become a new problem.
He still knew nothing about Oto Uchiha's dojutsu, and Shisui Uchiha was nearby as well.
That meant he might get an early taste of being beaten up by two Mangekyō Sharingan users and treated to the attentions of two Susanoo.
This was nothing short of a nightmare. His strength was, at best, that of a watered-down tailed beast, while Susanoo could match a tailed beast head-on.
Before he could think much more, Zou Hyuga saw Oto turn into a dark blur and use the Body Flicker Technique to appear before him.
Then a heavy blow struck his waist, sending him flying more than ten meters. But Oto's assault did not end there. She swiftly appeared in front of Zou Hyuga again, launched him high into the air, and slammed him hard into the ground.

Zou Hyuga smashed through several stone spears and landed in a pile of rubble.
Looking at the figure amid the rubble, Oto Uchiha opened her crimson Mangekyō Sharingan. She could sense the evolution of her eyes, and above the three tomoe lay only the pinnacle: the Mangekyō Sharingan.
She walked toward the rubble, using Samehada to cleave through the nearby stone spears. "Thanks to you, I've awakened my Mangekyō Sharingan," Oto Uchiha said coldly. "But I'm not in the habit of sitting around waiting to die. If you want my eyes and body, come and take them yourself."
For a brief moment earlier, she truly had fallen into despair.
If she could, she would naturally have been willing to exchange her eyes for Zou's life.
