In Hokage Ninja, Jiraiya was considered a very wealthy man. The novels he wrote were bestsellers all over the world, so how could someone like him be short of money?
Although the novels he wrote were not exactly good novels, they were already selling throughout the country, and that avenue had been fully opened up. That alone showed that Jiraiya, the Pervy Sage, was not short of money at all.
But even with all that wealth, he still grabbed money wherever he could. When Naruto was little, he tricked him out of all his money, which was incredibly underhanded. Who knew what he had been thinking back then?
Then there were alcohol and women, neither of which Jiraiya had ever gone without in his life.
Naturally, he drank almost every day too. Kushina Uzumaki knew this very well, so she told Naruto to be careful around Jiraiya. After all, anyone would feel uneasy about leaving a child beside a drunkard.
While Naruto was training with Jiraiya, he was bound to pick up a little of something besides endurance. Although he was an idiot when it came to romance, that did not mean he had no desires.
When Naruto was little, there had been an occasion in Konoha when he wanted to peep on the female ninja of his age while they bathed. There was a strong chance he had learned that from Jiraiya.
It had to be said that Naruto learned a great deal from Jiraiya, both good and bad!
But later on, Naruto still found himself a very good wife: Hinata Hyuga.
The three ninja taboos really are something! Having to follow them myself now is such a hassle! Ruri thought as he sat on a branch, eating the food in his hands.
