"It's fairly peaceful around here. There hasn't been anything particularly unusual. There's a little chakra, but it's only inside some small animals! Looks like there really aren't any enemies tonight!" After surveying the surroundings, Ruri walked straight over to Yamato and looked at him with a smile.
"Ruri, you're here. Did you get enough rest?" When Yamato noticed Ruri coming up beside him, he turned his head and asked him with a smile.
After hearing Yamato's words, Ruri smiled and replied, "Yes, I've had enough rest. Let me take over your watch now. You've been on duty for quite a while, haven't you? Hurry back and get some rest!"
Hearing Ruri's words, Yamato nodded with a smile, then said to him, "All right, Ruri. I'll leave things here to you!"
After speaking, Yamato was about to leave and return to camp to rest, but just then, Ruri suddenly remembered something and said to him, "Oh, right, I almost forgot to ask. Did anything unusual happen during this time?"
Hearing Ruri's question, Yamato shook his head with a smile, then told him, "Nothing unusual happened while I was on watch. There were a few minor disturbances, but animals caused those. No enemies came to ambush us at all!"
After listening to Yamato, Ruri nodded with a smile and said to him, "Good, as long as nothing happened. Now hurry back and get some rest!"
Once that was said, Yamato nodded and walked toward the camp.
After watching Yamato disappear from view, Ruri sat down and leaned against a large tree, keeping watch over the surrounding area.
"Just like Yamato said earlier, I'm really getting a little sleepy now. If it weren't for keeping up appearances, I wouldn't want to stand watch here!" Sitting on the ground, Ruri yawned as he spoke.
