They also consumed less chakra, making them exceptionally precious ninja tools.
Generally, these Ninjutsu Scrolls contained, at most, C-rank ninjutsu, since the higher the rank, the harder they were to make.
And for ninjutsu of the same rank, the better the craftsmanship, the more powerful the released technique would be.

He pressed his palm onto it and shouted.

A brilliant blaze instantly appeared, spewing flames seven or eight meters long. It was clearly much larger than an ordinary Great Fireball Technique.
There was no question that an expert from the Uchiha Clan had made it.
Otherwise, it could never have been this powerful.
The Great Fireball Technique activated instantly, engulfing Ling Feng's entire body.
Kurenai Yuhi and Rin Nohara cried out at the sight. "Ling Feng!"
Their cries only made Obito Uchiha even angrier.

Nor did he understand why Ling Feng had surrounded him.
Meanwhile, the reinforcements the Practical Training Teacher had gone to request arrived.
There were twelve teachers in total, all at least chunin, including four jonin.
The sight on the training field shocked them into a cold sweat.
"What is this? When did our training field get remodeled like this?"
"Idiot, why would anyone remodel it like this? That's Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall!"
"Impossible! Who put up ten Earth-Style Walls in one go? Are we under attack?"
The teacher responsible for this practical combat session couldn't help gasping either. He had only gone to get some reinforcements. How had the fight turned into this?
"Stop guessing. It's not an enemy attack. Everyone here is a student in my class!"
His words stunned the other teachers.
"You're kidding! You have someone that powerful among your students?"
"That's practically jonin level!"
"Look, there are people standing on those stone walls!"
One teacher noticed something unusual. Everyone looked up and saw a group of people standing in a circle atop the walls.
The Practical Training Teacher took a closer look, his face turning deathly pale. "Those are all my students!"
The other teachers were startled too. This was serious.
"Hurry and rescue them!"
At that moment, inside the circle of stone walls, Ling Feng had already dispelled his Multiple Shadow Clone Technique. With a flick of his sleeve, he took something out.
"What? You have a Ninjutsu Scroll too?"
Obito Uchiha couldn't believe his eyes. You're an orphan with no one to rely on. Where did you get a Ninjutsu Scroll?
"Watch closely. I'll show you what a real Ninjutsu Scroll is!"
With that, Ling Feng leaped high into the air and shouted, "Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave!"
