Chapter Summaries

The Fire Dragon King and Ice Dragon King chose Zeng Tian and Zi JI to inherit their remaining power and carry on dragonkind’s legacy. After both kings sacrificed themselves to form dragon cores, Zeng Tian and Zi JI swallowed them to begin refining their energy, leaving the Immortal Herbs despairing over the loss of the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well.

• The Fire Dragon King told the Ice Dragon King about dragonkind’s decline, and the Ice Dragon King offered Zi JI her legacy.
• The Fire Dragon King offered Zeng Tian his legacy, and Zeng Tian declared that dragonkind would flourish because of his existence.
• The Fire Dragon King and Ice Dragon King burned their remaining souls and origins to create a red dragon core and an ice-blue dragon orb.

After the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well vanished, the seven 100,000-year immortal herbs decided to seek protection from Di Rui'er rather than risk life outside the valley. They approached her while she was transplanting herbs, and she was left wary when they offered to help.
