A multitude of figures from the various species of the Human Race flew out. Luo Feng, clad in battle armor, blended into the crowd without drawing any attention.
After Luo Feng and the hundreds of others flew out,
from below,
a streak of black light shot up from Chaos City. It was a black-robed man whose head was covered in blue scales.
The black-robed man grinned, revealing a fierce smile. "Everyone, I am a Reception Envoy of Chaos City."
"For most of you, this isn't your first visit to Chaos City. Those who have been here before and know the rules are free to go. You know what to do."
"Those visiting Chaos City for the first time, follow me."

Twenty-two figures immediately flew toward the black-robed Reception Envoy.
These twenty-two had obtained their slots through auctions and other means, and were visiting Chaos City for the first time.
The other hundreds of people scattered, diving toward the city below.
Luo Feng also flew down and landed on a broad street.
