Whoosh!
A black river surged, and a stream of water carried a ball of light over to Yun He.
The water receded. Yun He took the ball of light and shook his head. "Eight-colored."
After searching dozens of dangerous locations in succession, his luck seemed to have run out. He had only obtained a single Eight-Colored Rebirth Fruit.
"Let's go. On to the next place." Yun He turned his hand over and put away the Eight-Colored Rebirth Fruit.
At the same time, the black river dissipated.
"Yes," Kalu replied, nodding beside him.
Whoosh!
Yun He and Kalu became two streaks of light and continued flying toward their next destination.
They flew for a while and were just about to use short-range Teleportation to travel farther.
A ripple swept past them. All spatial fluctuations throughout the area stopped completely, sealed off.
Hmm?
"Space Lockdown?"
Yun He and Kalu hovered in the void, looking in one direction.
Far away, two figures were rapidly approaching.
"Master, it seems those alien scum coveting your Supreme Treasures have found us," Kalu said respectfully.
"Finally. They took so long to find us that I almost thought they'd lost our trail." Yun He chuckled.
With Kalu able to travel more than a thousand light-years in a single Teleportation, they could have reached the Floating Mountain Range from the transportation passage in less than half an hour if they hadn't wanted the aliens to find them.
But if they had done that, those aliens, including King Fei Jing, would have had a hard time finding them.
A single full-range Teleportation covered over a thousand light-years. How were they supposed to track that?
No matter how keen King Fei Jing's nose was, he couldn't possibly find traces across more than a thousand light-years.
Wasn't the whole point of wasting
