Nodding to Caitlin, Xia You walked to the Pokémon Trainer's Battle Area on the other side.
Word had spread from somewhere that a battle was about to begin here, and more and more tourists had gathered. In just a short while, the spectator stands were already more than half full.
The first few rows, in particular, had no empty seats at all.
It was around two in the afternoon, the busiest time for the entire tourist attraction, so it was hardly surprising that so many people had arrived to watch before the battle had even begun.
Among them were quite a few people who had watched Xia You battle Darach at the Battle Chateau just a few hours earlier. They had not expected to see this man here again so soon after such an intense battle!

After all, they had witnessed his earlier battle and knew how strong this man was. A battle between someone like him and a Frontier Brain was bound to be a spectacular sight.
With a bang, all the ceiling lights instantly dimmed. Then every spotlight came on, focusing on the Battle Field.
Accompanied by the clacking of turning gears, a section of the wall on one side opened up. A moment later, an entire Rock Field slid out on machinery!

The Rock Field continued moving until it was between Xia You and Dahlia, where it finally came to a stop.
On the other side, Dahlia rested a hand on her hip and called out to Xia You, "The field is ready. Let's begin our battle!"
With that, she took out her first Poké Ball and sent out her Pokémon first.
