To find Dialga, they had to open a space-time rift, but opening a space-time rift would trigger a crisis. They seemed to have entered a loop.
"Then..." Cynthia hesitated. "Where can we find this rift?"
"I'm sorry." Cogita shook her head again. "I don't know where you can find a space-time rift. Even if you found one, I wouldn't actually recommend opening it."

Why don't you take a look at the man beside me?
He's already caught the Pokémon you consider so far beyond your reach!
He even dares to fight Arceus. What crisis could possibly stop him?
It wasn't hard to tell from Cogita's words that she opposed opening a space-time rift, believing that doing so would cause tremendous damage to this world. Clearly, however, she didn't know the full story about these two people-or rather, this man.
Had she known, she wouldn't have said anything like that.
Naturally, Cynthia couldn't tell Cogita any of this, either.
To them, this world was merely "the past" and "history." Coming here was certainly a novel experience, but they wouldn't interfere with anything. After all... this world needed these people to protect it and fight for it, while they were merely passing through.
With that much said, there was no need to dwell on the subject any further.
Although Cogita lived here in seclusion by herself, a noble lady of such distinguished bearing clearly had no need to personally cook, clean, or tend
