Naturally, Looker was not intimidated by a few threats. But as he carefully studied the man before him, he rapidly searched his mind for his identity. No matter how hard he thought, though, none of the information on Team Rocket gathered by the International Police matched him!

The corners of the man's mouth rose. Folding his thick arms across his chest, he stared coldly at Looker. "My name is Tatsumi, captain of the Project R execution unit! And the man who's about to kill you!"
"Project R?" Looker frowned, clearly uneasy about this name he had never heard before. "What's that? Another one of your latest evil schemes!?"
"How pathetic," Tatsumi sneered. "You don't even know what Project R actually is, yet you recklessly came here. All I can say is, you've had quite a stroke of 'luck'!"
"Tell me! What exactly is Project R!?"
"Hehehehe... Dead men have no need to know so much!"
Tatsumi could not be bothered to waste any more words. At a wave of his hand, the Team Rocket members beside him released their Pokémon. In an instant, over a hundred Golbat and Weezing crowded the ground and sky, forming a black tide of Pokémon opposite the yellow tide of the International Police's Arcanine!
Battle was about to erupt!
Seeing that these stubborn people still intended to fight to the bitter end, just as expected, Looker took a deep breath, then shouted one last time, "Team Rocket! Stop resisting! You're surrounded, and there's no escape! If you know what's good for you, surrender now! Don't make yourselves suffer for nothing!!"
