Continuing their flight downward, Xia You and Gengar soon found the room James had just mentioned on the lowest level of the Crystal Tower.
Once Gengar landed, Xia You jumped off its back and looked toward the room. The door had already been forced open, evidently by the Team Rocket Trio when they escaped earlier.
But before he could approach, Gengar had already sensed something.
"Be careful!" it warned. "I can sense something very strange in that room! It feels like an extremely dangerous energy is surging inside!!"
Gengar's grave expression naturally caught Xia You's attention.
But even without Gengar saying anything, he knew that, as the source of the crystalline energy, this was undoubtedly the most dangerous place!
Nodding, Xia You quietly approached the doorway and peered inside.
Judging by its layout, this had originally been a spacious reception room. But like everywhere else here, the entire room had been overtaken and encased by crystals. It was clear and gleaming, as though he were in a world of crystal. Several purple crystal flowers had even formed in a corner!
Dozens of Unown gathered in midair in the room, forming a circle and constantly spinning and flying in a regular pattern, as though performing some mysterious ritual!
At the center of the circle was a large mass of red energy, crackling and constantly emitting an eerie glow!
