Erika recalled her two Pokémon and walked over to Xia You, looking with some envy at the Great Ball in his hand that held Suicune.
Although she was a Grass-type Pokémon Trainer and only caught Grass-type Pokémon, Suicune was a Legendary Pokémon, after all. It was rarely seen, let alone caught, and now it rested quietly inside this Great Ball. It was hard to stay calm!
"Still, that really was close just now. Ho-Oh nearly rescued Suicune too!"
"Yeah..." Xia You sighed, though there was little joy on his face. "Ho-Oh, that sneaky old... uh... that guy was hiding his hand too well. Thanks to your help, he didn't get his way. Thank you so much!"
"I hardly helped at all." Erika shook her head gently. "Those two little ones, Leafeon and Tangela, just joined in and made your side look a bit more imposing."
Despite her words, a faint smile still appeared on Erika's face.
In truth, she knew that, given their type disadvantage and Ho-Oh's immense power, her two Grass-type Pokémon might not even have been able to withstand a single blow from Ho-Oh!
Even so, she had not chosen to stand by, instead sending them out to help Xia You!

If he had a choice, he would actually have preferred the Shiny Suicune from the movie.
