Bang! Bang!
Several smoke bombs exploded near the TV station, sending thick white smoke billowing outward. Not only did it obscure Team Rocket's view from inside the station, it also drew their attention.
Knowing this often meant the police operation was beginning, the Team Rocket members dared not let their guard down.
Sure enough, when they saw police officers attempting to attack the main entrance, Team Rocket concentrated most of their people in the first-floor lobby, intent on holding out to the bitter end.
Under cover from their Pokémon, the two sides exchanged fierce attacks. Yet despite the officers' training, these Team Rocket members were equally prepared to die. The attack continued for several minutes, but the officers still could not break through their defensive line.
Amid all this chaos, no one noticed a Dragonite carrying a man and a woman take a wide detour and fly high into the sky before diving, smashing through a pane of glass on the top floor, and charging into the TV station!
Crash!
The glass shattered and scattered across the floor. Xia You swung down from Dragonite's back. Without time to check his surroundings, he flicked his hand and released two Pokémon.
As blue light flashed, Gardevoir and Jolteon took up guard on either side of him. Gengar appeared in front of him at the same time, while Dragonite set Erika down and rose behind him. The four Pokémon surveyed their surroundings warily, shielding Xia You and Erika from all four directions.
No matter who the enemy was, anyone who wanted to hurt their Trainers would have to step over their bodies.
Their surroundings were silent, and no enemies appeared. Only then did Xia You have time to look around.
They were now in the tower above the TV station, seven or eight
