Hearing Xia You's command, Tyranitar opened its mouth. A black wave of energy formed inside and shot toward the spot where Kecleon had vanished.
Tyranitar's move left Tyson astonished once again.
Now even Kecleon's weakness was known. He could be completely certain that Xia You had visited the Hoenn Region before, or he would never have understood it so thoroughly!
"Kecleon, get out of there!!"
No sooner had Tyson spoken than the invisible Kecleon swiftly dodged aside. Here, Tyson's training methods deserved some praise. By nature, Kecleon wasn't the slowest Pokémon, but it certainly couldn't be called fast.
Yet Tyson's Kecleon displayed astonishing speed. With a single darting movement, it immediately vanished from the range of Tyranitar's attack.
Boom!
Dark Pulse struck the thick ice, its tremendous force blasting a large crater into the surface and sending countless shards spraying in every direction.
Kecleon, meanwhile, appeared on the other side completely unharmed.
We can fight this!
Seeing this, Tyson let out a long breath, the tension in his heart gradually easing.
Xia You had frightened him earlier and left him a little flustered. Thinking about it now, even if Xia You could see through Kecleon's invisibility, so what? At least it could still use its superior speed to maneuver around Tyranitar!
With that thought, he shouted, "Kecleon, look for an opening!"
Kecleon began running around Tyranitar, moving so fast it was almost invisible. Combined with its camouflage, its figure was practically impossible to track with the naked eye.
At that speed, even the pattern on its body became a blur, making up for that weakness.
It circled Tyranitar more than a dozen times. Throughout this, Tyranitar turned its body but could never keep up with Kecleon's speed.
